During Pregnancy
Support Wrap Only: Place the centre of the wrap’s back panel along your spine.
Thread one end through the triangular opening and pull both sides outward, pressing firmly to secure.
Wear snugly around the base of your belly—never around the widest part.
⚠️ Do not use the wider abdominal band while pregnant.
Postpartum
Support Wrap: Wear around the pelvic area for compression and support.
Abdominal Band: Place the darker side against your skin, covering from abdomen to hip tops. Secure ends with hook & loop tape.
Dual Support: For added reinforcement, wear the Abdominal Band first, then layer the Support Wrap over any area needing extra compression.
